The Industry Leader's primary goal is to identify and confirm corporate Team Captains within their industry or company. Their objective is to sign up 10 Team Captains who then each recruit team members.
Example of how the Industry Leader Model Works
A senior VP in the banking industry served as the Finance Industry Leader. He called several competing banks in the county he lived in and in one afternoon confirmed 12 team captains from other banks. Within his own small bank he had a team captain with a goal of $1000 who started a competition between branches, where each branch team member agreed to raise the minimum of $100. Each branch team member was easily able to meet this goal by asking coworkers, friends, family, and neighbors to donate. This Industry Leader generated $15,000 from the banking component of the Finance Industry. Several larger banks raised more money by having multiple team captains. This was 10 years ago.
